Beaches Chapel Wedding

Stephanie and Marvin’s Wedding

A Happily Ever After Floral created the wedding flowers for Stephanie and Marvin. They were married on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Beaches Chapel. Their reception was held at Queen’s Harbor. Stephanie’s colors that inspired her shabby/chic look was lavender, plum and ivory.

Stephanie’s floral bouquet was composed of lavender hydrangeas, lavender roses and lavender ranunculus.  We tied a lace and ivory bow under the flowers. I loved adding the lace bow which complimented the lace on her dress and veil.

The girls all wore plum dresses and carried babies’ breath bouquets. The guys all wore a ranunculus boutonniere. Marvin wore a lavender ranunculus boutonniere to stand apart from his groomsmen.

At Beaches Chapel we placed two large floral arrangements on either side of the altar. The flowers were composed of lavender hydrangeas, ivory roses, two-tone snapdragons, deep purple alstroemeria, babies’ breath and curly willow.

At Queen’s Harbor we placed lavender roses in clusters along the cake levels. They had their cake sitting on top of a wooden ring with a lace tablecloth.

We hung two babies’ breath wreaths with deep purple ribbon behind the bride and groom’s table to tie in the babies’ breath we used in the bridesmaid bouquets.

Stephanie was great to work with and I really enjoyed bringing her floral vision to life. I want to wish her and Marvin A Happily Ever After.
